Industrial Paint Waste
Industrial paint disposal for manufacturing and coating operations, including production residues, larger loads and recurring collections.

Industrial Paint Waste Disposal Service
Coating and manufacturing operations produce paint waste in larger and more varied volumes than a decorator's van: spent production batches, off-spec stock, wash water from line cleaning, powder overspray, and sludge from extraction and treatment systems.
We work with sites that need collection fitted around production, from a periodic drum round to sealed bulk containers exchanged on a schedule. Loads are assessed before the first collection so the route, packaging and paperwork are settled in advance.
Who We Collect From
- Manufacturing and coating lines
- Powder coating and finishing shops
- Metal fabrication and component suppliers
- Printing and packaging converters
- Facilities teams managing plant and site waste
Before We Collect
- Keep liquids, sludges and dry residues in separate, labelled containers.
- Note the approximate volume and how often each one builds up.
- Tell us about line access, lifting points and where containers can be sited.
- Share safety data sheets where the products are known.
Why Industrial Paint Waste Must Be Disposed Of Professionally
Manufacturing paint waste is usually a mix of liquids, residues and solids, and larger volumes make correct handling more important, not less.
- 01Production residues often contain solvents that are flammable or reactive.
- 02Sludge and wash water need their own treatment routes, separate from liquid paint.
- 03Bulk loads need packaging, labelling and containment suited to transport.
- 04Regular removals stop storage building up beyond safe limits.
- 05Consignment notes and records show the waste reached an authorised facility.
- 06Waste producers remain responsible for the waste they generate.

Recycling
Can You Recycle Industrial Paint Waste?
It depends on the material. Clean, unused powder can sometimes be reclaimed and reused, and solvent in wash water or thinners can be recovered by distillation. Sludge and mixed residues usually go for recovery or treatment once water is separated out. We confirm the route for each stream before collection.

Collection Arrangements
One-off and regular collections, nationwide. We arrange transport to suit the waste quantity and site access, using vans, tail-lift vehicles, rigids or artics. ADR collections are available where required, following assessment of the load.
What Happens After Collection
Waste is sent through our network of licensed disposal facilities, selected according to its location and the type of paint waste.
