Powder Coating Waste Disposal
Powder coating waste disposal for coating lines, finishers and fabricators, with one-off and regular collections.

Powder Coating Waste Disposal Service
Powder coating does not use liquid solvents, but the waste still needs managing properly. Fine powder can be a dust hazard, and contaminated or mixed powders need assessing before a disposal route is chosen.
We work with finishers and fabricators to collect unused powder, collected overspray and contaminated material, either as a one-off clear-out or as part of a regular collection that fits your production schedule.
Who We Collect From
- Powder coating finishers
- Metal fabricators with in-house lines
- Architectural aluminium and window manufacturers
- Furniture and shopfitting manufacturers
- Automotive and wheel refurbishers
Before We Collect
- Keep unused powder, reclaimed overspray and contaminated powder in separate bags or boxes.
- Double-bag or use sealed containers so nothing splits in transit.
- Note the powder type and manufacturer where you know it.

Recycling
Can You Recycle Powder Coating Waste?
Often, yes. Clean unused powder and collected overspray can sometimes be reclaimed and reused, which is why it helps to keep them apart from contaminated powder. Material that cannot be reclaimed goes for recovery or treatment. We confirm the route for each load.
